New Jeff Bates Song Helps USO
July 03, 2009
What better way to honor the 4th of July holiday than with some new Jeff Bates music!
And when the proceeds are going to such a great cause... all the better.
Jeff has recorded "Home Town U.S.A." and partnered with Washington radio station KMPS to deliver the exclusive download with 100% of the proceeds going directly to USO Puget Sound Area.
So click here to get the download and contribute to those brave men and women who help keep us all safe.
The official press release is below:
This 4th of July, remember who is there for you on the front lines defending freedom. Show your support for the troops by supporting the USO.
KMPS is offering our listeners an exclusive download of Jeff Bates' new song "HomeTown U.S.A." with %100 percent of the proceeds going directly to USO Puget Sound Area.
Go to the USO link on the KMPS website, or go directly to www.USOPSA.org to download HomeTown U.S.A.
With over 25,000 troops being deployed from this area, the need is even greater. Last month around 4,000 troops deployed in a 4-day period and the McChord Center ran out of food.
Don't let the USO hospitality run out.
The Puget Sound Region is home to the country's largest military community and the USO Puget Sound Area is there around-the-clock to support our men and women in uniform and their families. Tens of thousands of troops go through the McChord and Sea-Tac USO Centers and volunteers are there to provide a hot meal, care packages, and the comforts of home.
