Valentine Show at Hard Rock Cafe CANCELLED
As most of you know, I NEVER cancel dates! Ever!
I've tried twice to play this HArd Rock Cafe in in GAtlinburg, TN and the first time, the talent buyer asked to move the date to VAlentines Day weekend
because I sing love songs and they felt it would be a great Valentine's DAy show.
So we rescheduled.
Then I got an email from a friend/fan who was trying to purchase tickets yesterday and they were told that there was ONLY VIP seating available
and that I would ONLY BE DOING A MEET AND GREET WITH VIPs and signing autographs for VIPs after the show!
As you all know, I HAVE NEVER TREATED MY FANS LIKE THAT,; HAVE NEVER EXCLUDED ANYBODY who wanted to say hello, get a pic with me, an autograph or whatever!!
I tried unsuccessfully to get them to change it and let me do VIP meet N Greet BEFORE the show so I could meet everyone else afterwards,
but it just didnt work out suitably for me or the talent buyer due to some stipulations made by management at the Hard Rock Cafe.
SO we mutually agreed that there will not be a Jeff BAtes VAlentines Day show there on Feb 11.
I apologize, and I'm truly sorry and a little embarrassed, HOWEVER, I REFUSE TO COMPROMISE when it comes to how I treat YOU or anybody else who comes out to one of my shows.
I love you all, and you are all important to me.
